1HQ continues to evolve as a multidisciplinary brand business with the appointment of Toni Papaloizou as Creative Technical Director within the growing 3D Structure and Experience team.

Toni will ensure technical rigour, especially around sustainability, as well as drive front end creativity within the design of new products, packaging and physical experiences. Helping build and mentor a dynamic and agile 3D team, alongside Mike Webster, will also be a key part of the role.

He brings a wealth of experience as an industrial designer through his work with Barclays, Biersdorf, Boots, Carlsberg, Computer Cab, PepsiCo, Johnson & Johnson, Diageo, Korean Telecom, Lurpak, SAB Miller, and numerous Unilever brands. He has previously worked for IDEO, Lyons Ames and most recently Seymourpowell, where he was a design director.

Toni comments: “Mike Webster’s done a terrific job at 1HQ in creating and developing the 3D Structure & Experience offer, and I am passionate about being part of the solution to one of the most pressing issues of our time; shaping a sustainable future that connects consumers, brands and business.”
